Overview

Office Manager - Term Time Only (+2 Weeks). Hours: 8:00am - 4:30pm. Term time only plus 2 additional weeks. Parking available on-site. Located just outside Guildford, this is a varied and rewarding role at the heart of a school community of approximately 80 pupils.

This is a varied and rewarding role at the heart of the school. You will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the school office, providing a warm and professional front-of-house service, as well as carrying out general administrative duties. You will also support the School Business Manager with finance administration tasks. Additional responsibilities include maintaining the school's website and managing their social media presence. Full training will be provided for this part of the role.
