Qualifications

• Expertise in cooking for 100 to 1300 students.
• 1+ years of hands-on cooking experience.
• Training on Food Hygiene and Health & Safety will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Oversee food and beverage operations for the school.
• Manage the kitchen team's training and development.
• Control catering operation costs including labor and food.
• Create and develop menus.
• Conduct routine audits to ensure compliance.
