• Desirable: Level 2 Hygiene Certificate.
• Knowledge of health and safety practices in the kitchen.

Responsibilities

• Preparation of meals in accordance with agreed recipes/methods.
• Adherence to HACCP and food safety regulations.
• Maintaining food safety records using the current management system.
• Monitoring and arranging the storage of supplies.
