About Include PPP

Include PPP is an independent school located across two sites in West London, in Ladbroke Grove and Southall. Include PPP provides full-time, alternative, secondary education learners in years 9, 10, 11 and 12 who are unable to access mainstream secondary education.

The School Business and Finance Manager will be a key member of the Senior Leadership Team and will have strategic responsibility for Finance, Human Resources, Facilities Management including site health and safety, ICT and managing external contracts and Administration including being the named Exams officer.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead school finance and business operations.
2. Ensure compliance with relevant policies/codes of practice/legislation, such as Safeguarding and Keeping Children Safe in Education.
3. Manage external contracts and administration.
4. Oversee Facilities Management and site health and safety.

Qualifications:

1. Extensive experience in leading school finance and business operations.
2. Full working knowledge of relevant policies and legislation.
3. Qualification in School Business Management or a relevant professional qualification in Financial Management and/or Human Resources at level 5.

Contract: Full Time- 37 hours per week - permanent

Salary: c.£40,000 per annum depending on experience
