An established industry player is seeking a School Business and Finance Manager to lead finance and business operations in an independent school. This role is crucial for ensuring compliance with educational policies and managing external contracts. Include PPP is an independent school located across two sites in West London, in Ladbroke Grove and Southall. Include PPP provides full-time, alternative, secondary education learners in years 9, 10, 11 and 12 who are unable to access mainstream secondary education.
The School Business and Finance Manager will be a key member of the Senior Leadership Team and will have strategic responsibility for Finance, Human Resources, Facilities Management including site health and safety, ICT and managing external contracts and Administration including being the named Exams officer.

Contract: Full Time- 37 hours per week - permanent
Salary: c.£40,000 per annum depending on experience
