A community-focused housing provider is looking for a Scheme Manager in Leeds. In this role, you will support residents in maintaining their well-being and independence while providing high-quality housing management services. You will work with older people, complete compliance tasks, resolve customer issues, and maintain records. The position offers a competitive salary of £20,299 to £20,927 per year with attractive employee benefits including annual leave and a pension scheme.

The job sits within Sanctuary Housing Services which manages homes across England, providing general rented housing, market rent properties, shared ownership and home ownership accommodation.
It also provides housing related services including lettings, debt management, tenancy management and customer services support.
The purpose of this role is to encourage residents to maintain their well-being and independence and to support the delivery of high quality, safe and value for money housing management services that meet customer and organisational objectives.

The full time equivalent salary for this role is £ 25,374 based on 37.5 hours per week rising to £ 26,159 after 12 months service and subject to satisfactory performance
