The Role

As a Project/Resource Planner, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient delivery of onshore and offshore operations. You\'ll be responsible for developing and managing integrated site plans, resource scheduling, and logistics - all to support our mission of delivering safe, efficient, and optimized renewable energy projects.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage long, mid, and short-term integrated site plans and schedules for all onshore and offshore works.
  • Forecast demand across the year (vessels, resources, spares, tools, contractors) and propose innovative solutions to maximize productivity.
  • Create and maintain resource models to optimize site yield and propose efficient work patterns.
  • Identify planning risks and opportunities, offering solutions to improve schedule resilience and site performance.
  • Translate long-term schedules into daily execution plans and generate daily transfer/PAX lists.
  • Plan and optimize logistics to maximize WTG time and minimize travel.
  • Maintain accurate records in the Computerized Maintenance Management System (SAP) - including job request management and closure.
  • Track and report progress across O&M activities including retrofits, inspections, service campaigns, and jack-up operations.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a Project or Resource Planner in a complex or technical environment.
  • Strong IT skills, especially with Microsoft Office tools.
  • Working knowledge of planning/scheduling tools, including MS Project.
  • Experience using SAP and CMMS systems.
  • Analytical mindset with solid data analysis skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
  • Clear, confident communication skills.
