Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for tenants regarding works.
  • Schedule customer appointments and events.
  • Notify customers of workforce arrival times.
  • Raise survey events for new COTs and adaptation works.
  • Track progress of all jobs to ensure completion.
  • Work with administration and management to resolve queries.
  • Communicate with client district maintenance officers.
  • Monitor completion dates and request extensions as needed.
  • Handle customer queries and assist with complaint resolution.
  • Maintain standards to achieve KPI targets.

Contract: Permanent
Location: Newtownabbey (Mallusk) office

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the first point of contact for tenants regarding urgent, routine, and adaptation works.
  • Schedule customer appointments and set up events efficiently.
  • Notify customers of planned workforce arrival times and allocate jobs to the appropriate trade or department, taking into account cost, customer service, and resource availability.
  • Raise survey events for new COTs, adaptation works, and response jobs.
  • Track progress of all jobs to ensure scheduled works are completed and PDAs are submitted accurately.
  • Work closely with the administration team, supervisors, and management to resolve queries and review job progress.
  • Communicate daily with client district maintenance officers and administrators.
  • Monitor required completion dates, ensuring deadlines are met or appropriate extensions are requested.
  • Handle customer queries and assist with complaint resolution.
  • Maintain standards and processes to support the achievement of KPI targets.
The Ideal Candidate
  • Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Previous experience in scheduling, coordination, or planning roles.

Preferred:

  • Experience in a fast‑paced social housing, property, or construction environment—particularly within maintenance‑focused operations.
  • A Degree or HND in a relevant discipline.
