Job description
Mission

Join our dynamic manufacturing team and drive production excellence! We're seeking a Manufacturing Production Scheduler to orchestrate our production processes and ensure seamless delivery of customer projects.

Main Activities & Job Scope
  • Develop and manage the plant's Master Production Schedule, optimizing workload capacity and supplier forecasts
  • Coordinate material flow from suppliers to assembly and finished goods from assembly to customer
  • Execute production scheduling for ETO plant activities while maintaining key supply parameters
  • Plan and prioritize resources effectively to meet customer project requirements
  • Monitor and adjust schedules to address backlogs, design changes, and resource constraints
  • Compile the SIOP monthly report by liaising with multiple teams for information, producing a complex report that is accurate and presented to the MD once a month
  • Create, manage, change and be responsible for the production plan for lines in the factory
  • Adhere to milestones in product lifecycle and take ownership of the Healthy production start process
  • Effectively manage customer expectations and production capabilities
  • Regularly monitor line performance and communicate any issues to management
  • Coordinate line issues linked to production control (shortages, priorities, escalations, improvements)
  • Work with other areas of the business to achieve best on-time delivery and highest service level for our customers
  • Constantly use MRP to link upstream and downstream flows
  • Drive change and suggest improvements/changes to current processes
Skills and Qualifications
  • A Bachelor’s Degree in supply chain management, logistics, operations, or business
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in supplier management and problem solving
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in manufacturing planning controlled by replenishments strategies and material resource planning
  • Must be able to demonstrate a high level of computer/PLC literacy (desirable). SAP & CMMS experience desired but not essential
  • Should be able to demonstrate a range of skills including teamwork, problem solving, good communication skills and enthusiasm
