We are working closely alongside a Local Authority in Cardiff to assist with the appointment of a Scheduler on a 3‑month contract, likely to be extended at the client’s discretion. The Scheduler will be responsible for delivering a high‑quality scheduling and coordination service within the Housing and Estate Management function. The role acts as a central point of contact for officers, managers, supervisors and operatives, ensuring work is scheduled efficiently and customer service standards are met.

Responsibilities

  • Communicate with customers, councillors and internal teams regarding scheduled work
  • Demonstrate a good level of numeracy
