A leading energy company in Scotland is seeking a Substation Control & Data Acquisition (SCADA) Field Engineer. This role includes installing and commissioning equipment, maintaining SCADA systems, and ensuring safety and reliability on the transmission network. Ideal candidates will have a relevant engineering qualification and experience with SCADA in high voltage environments. Base Location: Inverness, Elgin or Thurso
Salary: £49,004 to £72,592 depending on skills and experience + car/cash allowance + TOIL/ Overtime + a range of benefits to support your finances, wellbeing and family.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Substation Control & Data Acquisition (SCADA) Field Engineer/Trainee Engineer to join our team. As a SCADA Field Engineer, you’ll be responsible for the installation and commissioning of new equipment and the support of the SCADA Delivery Project Team, as well as fault finding on existing systems. You’ll also participate in systems Factory and Site Acceptance Testing, as well as ongoing maintenance and development of the Real Time System (RTS) equipment.
Applicants with similar experience in a relevant background will also be considered for a trainee position in this role.
