Job summary

A leading IT services provider is seeking a professional for an IT support role in Carterton. Qualifications

• Current and Active SC (Security Check) Clearance is mandatory.
• Proven experience in a similar field/deskside service role, with a strong emphasis on hardware repair and logistics.

Responsibilities

• Manage all assigned support tickets to ensure SLAs are met.
• Perform end-to-end management of IT stock and maintain accurate inventory.
• Identify faults, perform triage, and conduct hardware repairs.
• Manage the process for IT asset disposals, adhering to security requirements.
• Replenish secure IT lockers at remote sites as required.
• Identify service issues and opportunities for enhancement.
