Overview

Stratstone, JLR, Mayfair
Part-time, 8 hours per week, Saturdays only! A basic salary of £5,400, pension, life assurance, 33 days holiday (including bank holidays), exclusive company discounts on used car purchases, leasing deals and aftersales services.

What does the role of Receptionist involve?

Responsibilities
  • Handling telephone inquiries with professionalism, establishing customer needs to ensure they are directed to the correct department/team member first time
  • Welcoming customers to the dealership, ensuring they are assisted in a caring and pleasant manner
  • Maintaining customer-facing areas, updating the dealership diary and other general administrative duties
