Job summary

A leading consultancy firm is looking for an experienced SAP FI/CO Consultant to configure and manage systems remotely in the UK. The ideal candidate will have over 8 years of experience in SAP FI/CO implementations and strong integration knowledge across various modules. This is an initial contract for 3-6 months with a competitive rate outside IR35.

• Proven experience with SAP Finance transformations.

Overview

Role: SAP FI/CO Consultant
Rate: £(Apply online only) Outside IR35
Contract Length: 3-6 months initial contract
Location: Remote UK

Key Responsibilities

• Lead SAP FI/CO configuration across GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, and Controlling (CO-PA, CO-PC, Cost Centers, Profit Centers).
• Ensure seamless integration between FI/CO and MES, SD, MM, PP, and other core modules.
• Drive end-to-end testing, UAT, and defect resolution in collaboration with business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Translate business requirements into Fiori-enabled finance processes, supporting user adoption and simplification.
• Support interfaces with external systems
• Provide expert guidance in cutover planning, data migration, and system readiness for FI/CO.

Key Requirements

• 8+ years hands-on SAP FI/CO implementation and configuration experience.
• Proven experience with SAP Finance transformations.
• Strong cross-module integration knowledge (MM, PP, SD, MES).
• Previous exposure to Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) integration with FI/CO.
• Familiarity with SAP Fiori apps for Finance and user experience design.
• Experience in end-to-end project lifecycle: blueprinting, design, build, test, cutover, and hypercare.
