Overview

SAP Business One Support Team Leader / Remote-UK / Up to £60,000

Location: Home Based | Remote working

Salary: £50,000 – £60,000 (DOE)

Are you an experienced SAP Business One Support Consultant who is ready to step up into a leadership role? We are seeking a SAP Business One Support Team Leader to manage a team of support consultants, ensuring top-tier service delivery, mentoring staff, and driving continuous improvement across customer support.

Henley Morgan are working with a well-established SAP Business One Partner, rapidly expanding their support services. With a growing client base and complex projects, our client needs a strong leader to guide the team of support consultants and maintain service excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and mentor a team of SAP B1 support consultants: assign work, monitor performance, and foster professional growth
• Ensure high-quality SAP Business One support is delivered to clients
• Maintain escalation procedures; ensure that more complex issues are escalated and resolved in timely fashion
• Collaborate with development / product teams on add-ons (e.g. Boyum, Produmex WMS) and integrations
• Drive process improvements: standardize support workflows, improve documentation, automate where possible
• Train and coach end users and junior consultants; create and maintain support documentation and best practice guides
• Monitor KPI metrics (response times, resolution rates, customer satisfaction, etc.) and report on team performance
• Stay current with SAP B1 developments (HANA, BPA, etc.) and ensure the team is up to date on relevant technologies and tools

Required Experience & Skills

• SAP Partner experience with SAP Business One, including support, troubleshooting, configuration, customisation
• Prior experience leading/supporting a small team; able to manage, coach, and drive performance is beneficial
• Technical skills, including SQL, Crystal Reports or equivalent reporting tools
• Knowledge of add-ons such as Boyum, Produmex WMS highly desirable
• Exposure to or understanding of advanced SAP B1 components: HANA database, BPA processes or similar
• Excellent communication skills: able to liaise with clients, manage expectations, deliver training and documentation
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to prioritise under pressure

Location

This is a home-based role which will require limited travel to the office (around 1-2 times per quarter for team meetings)

Salary & Benefits

• Salary:£50,000 – £60,000 (depending on experience)
