Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow BMS’s market presence.
  • Build and maintain strong, long‑term relationships with clients and stakeholders — both onsite and in office environments.
  • Work closely with the internal team to ensure client needs are met efficiently and professionally.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to support strategic growth.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and performance reports to management.
  • Represent BMS at trade shows, client meetings, industry events, and site visits.
About You
  • Proven experience in sales or business development within the Mining industry.
  • Experience in Surface Mining, Drill & Blast, or Drill Rig components is highly advantageous.
  • Confident communicator who can engage effectively at all organisational levels — on site and in the boardroom.
  • Strong planning, follow‑up, and time‑management skills.
  • Organised, dependable, and respectful of site procedures and safety requirements.
