Manage programme finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
Implement tools, standards, and best practices for planning, reporting, and decision-making.
Lead and develop a multidisciplinary delivery team across areas such as digital platforms, data and analytics, finance, customer engagement, and culture change.
Build a high-performance culture with clear accountability and focus on quality outcomes.
Support professional development of team members with emphasis on agile delivery, transformation capability, and user-centred design.
Proven track record of delivering complex, organisation-wide transformation programmes.
Proficient in programme and project management tools, including dependency and risk management.
Strong experience in agile methodologies and iterative delivery approaches.
Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
Expertise in benefits realisation planning and tracking, including post-delivery evaluation.
Strong governance, risk, and assurance capability, with experience reporting at board or executive level.
Adaptable, self-motivated, and committed to ongoing personal and professional development.
Strong understanding of diversity, equity, and inclusion, and how it informs service delivery and team dynamics.
Ability to work flexibly across different environments and collaborate across locations and teams.
Sector-specific knowledge (e.g., housing, public services, regulated industries).
