Talk to us about how we can best support you! The Marketplace team at Kingfisher is seeking a process-driven Salesforce Business Analyst to support the continued growth of our marketplace. This role acts as a key link between business teams and Salesforce development squads across multiple European markets. You will work closely with end-user teams to understand their workflows, translate business needs into clear and actionable user stories, and ensure Salesforce solutions deliver measurable operational and commercial value. The successful candidate will bring a strong focus on operational excellence, deep knowledge of the Salesforce ecosystem, and the ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships in a multi-market environment.
