About the Role

As a Sales Team Manager at Luxtripper, you will play a pivotal role in coordinating, resourcing, and leading our Sales Team to optimise the conversion of a variety of initial sales inquiries.

Reporting to the Head of Sales Operations, the Sales Team Manager is entrusted with achieving outstanding sales conversions through a dedicated team of Travel Specialists. This role centers on day‑to‑day team management, ensuring efficient workload distribution, and the attainment of team KPIs. Your responsibilities encompass team development, performance management, motivation, and setting a professional and productive environment, all while embracing a positive attitude towards change.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cultivate a positive, competitive, and supportive sales environment, aligning with Luxtripper's values and promoting excellence in sales and service.
  • Foster a motivating and competitive atmosphere through innovative incentives, team‑building activities, and a positive approach.
  • Take charge of your team's productivity and efficiency, striving to exceed team KPIs.
  • Utilise situational leadership/adaptive management techniques to bring out the best in each team member, from newcomers to top performers.
  • Manage resource allocation within the team, accounting for holidays, fam trips, and onboarding of new team members to ensure optimal staffing levels that maximise productivity.
  • Lead the recruitment of new Travel Specialists based on business needs.
  • Organise, coordinate, and lead meetings with the broader sales teams to ensure that the Sales team provides timely support to relevant departments.
  • Encourage a culture of continuous learning and development within the team, setting clear objectives and holding team members accountable for their personal and professional growth.
