A leading fragrance retailer in Westminster is looking for a Team Leader to support daily store operations. The successful candidate will coach staff, motivate the team to meet targets, and ensure exceptional customer service. As a Team Leader, you play an integral role in supporting the Store Manager with the daily operational running of the store. You will lead by example, motivating and supporting a diverse team to deliver against key targets that drive the success of your store.
Contracted Hours: 16
Contract Type: Permanent Contract
Pay Rate: £15.25
