Due to sustained growth, my client is seeking a Sales Support Executive to join their dedicated team. In this role, you\'ll be managing a set portfolio of customer accounts, ensuring each client receives a best-in-class service while collaborating with Key Account Managers on high-profile projects.

You\'ll handle customer enquiries via phone, live chat, and email, as well as process orders, produce tailored reports, and coordinate product or branding requests. Acting as the main point of contact for your clients, you\'ll take ownership of issues and drive them through to resolution.

The Role
