As a Spine Sales Representative, you’ll own your territory in the West Midlands—building trusted relationships with surgeons and healthcare professionals, driving commercial growth, and delivering exceptional patient outcomes.

  • Represent a leading spine portfolio across the cervical, thoracic, and lumbar regions.

  • Partner with surgeons and hospital teams to promote, sell, and educate on our latest technologies.

  • Provide clinical support and training in operating room environments.

  • Collaborate cross‑functionally to deliver customer excellence and business growth.

What You’ll Need
  • Bachelor’s degree (Biomedical, Lifesciences, or Business) or equivalent experience.

  • Experience in surgical or medical device sales (preferred).

  • Strong ownership mindset with proven drive to succeed.

  • Excellent communication, organization, and relationship‑building skills.

  • Confidence working in clinical and operating room settings.

  • Full UK driver’s license and proficiency with MS Office / CRM tools (Salesforce, etc.).
