We are a market leader in the Medical Device sector seeking a talented medical device salesperson to join our supportive, ambitious, and fun team! If you want to work for a company making a difference in patients’ lives by delivering innovative healthcare products, this is your opportunity.

This role is within Stryker’s Interventional Spine (IVS) business unit, offering a portfolio of implant and capital products for spinal fractures and pain management. We seek an ambitious sales professional committed to growth.

As an IVS Sales Rep, you will sell products that benefit patients and transform healthcare, with opportunities for career growth and development.

What you will do:

  • Pitch capital products that save costs and support hospital sustainability goals
  • Engage clinical and non-clinical stakeholders to build long-term partnerships
  • Develop and execute sales plans, support pricing strategies, and negotiate
  • Track sales progress, forecast accurately, and communicate insights
  • Educate hospital staff on product use and maintenance onsite

Essential duties:

  • Present cost-saving capital solutions to stakeholders
  • Support sustainability goals through product portfolio
  • Prospect and develop relationships with new and existing customers
  • Enhance technical skills for clinical training
  • Introduce new products and support launches
  • Increase account penetration with value-added programs
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Support interventional procedures in theatre
  • Manage pipeline via CRM Salesforce
  • Develop business plans based on market opportunities
  • Participate in planning and market analysis activities
  • Identify and work with Key Opinion Leaders

What you need:

  • Training or degree in medical/scientific/technical field or equivalent experience
  • Ownership mindset and results focus

  • Commercial acumen, knowledge of NHS/medical sector advantageous
  • English language proficiency
  • Valid driver’s license
