Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and manage the entire sales progression process from offer to completion.
  • Liaise with buyers, sellers, solicitors, estate agents, and mortgage brokers to ensure timely and efficient sales transactions.
  • Proactively chase documentation, address issues and delays, and maintain consistent communication throughout the process.
  • Keep all stakeholders updated with clear, timely reports and updates.
  • Maintain accurate, well-documented records of communications and actions taken.
  • Ensure compliance with timelines, legal requirements, and company standards.
  • Handle any escalations or complaints with professionalism and empathy.
Qualifications and Experience
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a sales progression or property sales support role.
  • Experience working within the UK property market is essential — either directly or supporting UK-based clients.
  • Strong understanding of property sales processes, legal documentation, and conveyancing.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain composed under pressure.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable navigating property software or CRM platforms.
