What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities)

• Managing your own portfolio of property sales from offer to exchange and completion
• Liaising with vendors, purchasers, solicitors, financial advisors and other agents
• Handling surveys, renegotiations and client paperwork
• Ensuring regular communication and updates for clients throughout the process
• Maintaining accurate records and progress notes
• Promoting and up-selling recommended financial services and solicitors (earning additional rewards)
