Job description

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Sales Operations Manager in United Kingdom.

In this role, you will be responsible for optimizing and scaling the end-to-end sales process, from lead qualification to deal closure. You will work closely with Sales, Revenue Operations, and Customer Success teams to enhance sales velocity, drive operational efficiency, and ensure accurate forecasting. By implementing data‑driven strategies, managing CRM and sales tools, and refining processes, you will empower sales teams to perform at their best. This position offers the opportunity to influence key business decisions, design workflows, and maintain pipeline hygiene across enterprise and B2B SaaS environments. The role requires a proactive, analytical mindset with the ability to translate insights into tangible improvements, while also serving as a trusted partner for sales leadership and front‑line sellers. You will have the autonomy to shape the sales operations framework in a remote‑first, fast‑paced, and collaborative environment.

Accountabilities
  • Optimize the sales funnel from Sales Qualified Lead to Closed Won/Lost to increase sales velocity.
  • Design, maintain, and monitor deal routing and coverage models to maximize productivity and balance workloads.
  • Manage forecasting cadence and pipeline reviews across weekly, monthly, and quarterly cycles.
  • Administer and ensure adoption of the sales tech stack, including CRM, automation tools, and quoting systems.
  • Maintain pipeline hygiene and process compliance by monitoring data integrity, enforcing stage‑exit criteria, and identifying bottlenecks.
  • Develop dashboards, analytics, and reporting frameworks to provide actionable insights for sales and management.
  • Provide training and enablement on CRM best practices, workflow improvements, and operational standards.
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally with Marketing, Revenue Operations, and Customer Success to align systems, data, and processes.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Sales Enablement in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, derive insights, and recommend actions.
  • Experience managing sales processes, forecasting, and pipeline reviews.
  • Fluent English (spoken and written); additional language skills a plus.
  • Admin‑level proficiency in CRM platforms (HubSpot Sales Hub preferred) and familiarity with automation tools (Zapier, n8n) and database concepts.
  • Experience creating documentation, training programs, and internal toolkits for operational excellence.
  • Ability to work across functions and communicate effectively with technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
  • Hands‑on operational mindset, strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and process discipline.
  • Comfortable working in a remote‑first, fast‑paced environment with some ambiguity.
Benefits
  • Unlimited paid vacation and flexible work‑from‑anywhere policy.
  • Participation in team events and collaborative company culture.
  • Competitive compensation with annual salary reviews and transparency.
  • Opportunities to contribute meaningfully to company growth and success.
  • Inclusive, diverse, and supportive work environment with open communication.
