Sales & Office Administrator – Estate Agency
Location: SW London (onsite)
Salary: £30,000 – £35,000

We are working with a well-established estate agency in South West London who are seeking a Sales & Office Administrator to join their busy team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with prior estate agency administration experience, looking for a role that combines sales support with wider office management responsibilities.

The role will be split approximately 70% sales administration and 30% office management, offering variety and the chance to play a central role in both the sales process and the smooth running of the office.

The Role
Sales Administration
  • Preparing property particulars, sales correspondence, and contracts
  • Carrying out AML checks
  • Managing CRM systems and maintaining accurate records
  • Producing reports and assisting with compliance checks
Office Management
  • Acting as the first point of contact in the office – greeting clients and handling calls
  • Overseeing office supplies, equipment, and general facilities
  • Providing administrative support to directors and negotiators
  • Maintaining a professional and organised office environment
About you
  • Previous estate agency experience is essential – ideally within an administrative or sales support capacity
  • Strong organisational skills with a keen eye for detail
