External Sales Manager - Power Transmission & Industrial Systems. Lead and inspire a 4-person external sales team driving growth in power transmission products, cable carrier systems, and advanced industrial solutions across the UK, Ireland, and Iceland. Our client is a world-class engineering innovator trusted by Oil & Gas, Mining, Water, Renewable Energy, Automotive, and Manufacturing. They are looking for a sales leader who can push boundaries, inspire performance, and deliver results.

Responsibilities
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of four external sales professionals to exceed ambitious targets.
  • Take ownership of sales strategy across multiple sectors with multi-million-pound opportunities.
  • Build long-term partnerships with OEMs, distributors, and end-users who depend on technical excellence.
  • Work with a brand that is globally recognised for reliability, quality, and innovation.
  • Be at the forefront of market development, with the freedom to create sales approaches that set you apart from the competition.
  • Setting clear goals and driving your team to outperform.

Qualifications
  • A proven leader with experience managing, motivating, and growing external sales teams.
  • Strong background selling engineered products - ideally in power transmission, bearings, or industrial cable carrier systems.
