A leading technology firm is looking for an ambitious Sales Manager to drive UK sales growth. The successful candidate will manage direct sales and build a channel ecosystem, focusing on e-mobility services. Key responsibilities include executing sales strategies, pipeline management, and developing partnerships. Ideal applicants will have 5+ years in B2B sales, preferably in SaaS or tech. We are seeking an ambitious and commercially driven Sales Manager to lead the growth of vaylens across the this role you will take ownership of both direct sales opportunities and the development of a scalable channel ecosystem. Your focus will be on identifying new revenue opportunities building strong commercial relationships and enabling partners who can accelerate our market presence.
Experience in the e-mobility sector particularly in building or supporting a channel business is highly desirable but we welcome applications from exceptional sales leaders with relevant SaaS or technology backgrounds who can learn fast and execute strongly.
Own and execute a UK sales strategy across both direct enterprise prospects and channel partners
Build manage and close a high-quality sales pipeline driving adoption of vaylens platform and services
Identify and recruit new reseller referral and strategic partners supporting them to market and sell our solutions effectively
Develop joint business plans with partners to scale revenue drive co-selling and build long-term commercial relationships
Work closely with partners on sales enablement go-to-market plans and customer engagement activities
Manage forecasting reporting and pipeline accuracy to ensure predictable revenue growth
Act as a trusted advisor to customers and partners ensuring strong stakeholder engagement at both operational and executive levels
Collaborate internally with product marketing and customer success to support smooth deployments and high customer satisfaction
Position vaylens as a leading solution provider within the EV charging and digital infrastructure ecosystem
5 years of proven success in B2B sales ideally in SaaS technology digital infrastructure or e-mobility
Experience building or growing a channel business resellers distributors or strategic partners (e-mobility experience is a strong advantage but not essential)
Track record of consistently meeting or exceeding revenue targets
Strong partner and customer engagement skills with experience selling to senior stakeholders
Commercially minded with excellent pipeline management negotiation and sales execution capabilities
Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-moving environment
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
UK-based with the ability to travel for partner and customer meetings as needed
