  • Manage the day-to-day operations of your department ensuring that the highest levels of customer service are achieved
  • Effectively plan and execute the business strategy
  • Be both a role model for the centres team and to make the centre a fun and friendly environment for both colleagues and customers alike. Motivate and inspire others to \'raise the bar\'
  • Be results driven with a track record in exceeding targets
  • Have a proactive approach to growing the Everyone Active membership base
  • This position will involve day, evening and weekend work, including public holidays.
