We are currently Recruiting for an experienced and commercially minded Sales Manager to lead the promotion and sales of a dynamic event and meeting space in Dundee. This is a key role focused on driving revenue through strategic networking, relationship building, and effective sales execution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate new business leads and build a strong sales pipeline through networking and outreach activities
  • Sell and upsell the venue's event and meeting space to corporate and private clients
  • Negotiate pricing and tailor packages to meet client needs while maximising revenue
  • Develop and maintain relationships with local businesses, event organisers, and stakeholders
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless event delivery and client satisfaction
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategy
  • Provide regular sales reporting and contribute to business development plans
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in sales, ideally within hospitality, events, or venue management
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • A proactive and results-driven approach to business development
  • Ability to build rapport and close deals confidently
  • Familiarity with the local business landscape is advantageous
