Sales Manager London or Manchester Hybrid £65,000 £75,000 + Uncapped Commission & Benefits

At WEX International, we power the future of payments. We re a global leader providing innovative financial solutions, and we re looking for a driven Sales Manager to spearhead growth in the EMEA travel vertical.

This is a unique opportunity to take ownership of business development across Online Travel Agencies (OTAs), Travel Management Companies (TMCs), and other travel intermediaries securing new revenue streams and shaping our market presence.

Must have experience within Card Payment / Travel Payments or a background in the Travel Industry.

Key Responsibilities of the Sales Manager
  • Develop and deliver strategic business development plans to exceed sales targets.
  • Build, manage, and convert a strong pipeline of prospects within the travel sector.
  • Lead negotiations and deal closures, ensuring profitability and long-term partnerships.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create tailored payment solutions for travel clients.
  • Represent WEX at industry events, building networks and brand visibility.
  • Mentor and support the growth of a high-performing sales culture.
  • Drive measurable market share growth across EMEA.

  • Bachelor s degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
  • Fluency in English (additional European languages are a plus).
  • Flexibility to travel extensively across EMEA.
