Position: Sales Manager

Salary: Up to £35,000 depending on experience

Responsibilities
  • Coach colleagues to inspire customers to buy the best products suited to their needs, regardless of how they shop with us.
  • Lead a highly engaged team, understand their strengths and development opportunities, and support personal development plans.
  • Inspire colleagues to put the customer first while driving sales and profit objectives.
  • Create excitement and engagement when new products launch, suggesting how new tech can be brought to life.
  • Find ways to enhance store performance, share knowledge with the team, and drive growth.
Qualifications
  • Management experience in a similar sized, sales-driven business.
  • Proven coaching skills, a hands‑on management style and a passion for building team confidence and helping people grow their careers.
  • Track record of identifying commercial opportunities within a department or store to maximize sales.
  • Approachable, friendly to colleagues and customers, confident leading a team.
  • Keen to learn about the latest technology.
