Overview

Job Title: Sales Manager

Location: Brighton

Salary: £25,000 + £3,000 Car Allowance or Company Car - OTE £50,000 + Guaranteed earnings for the first 3 months

Hours: 5 days per week, including some Saturdays (2 on / 1 off rota)

Responsibilities
  • Manage and motivate the sales team to achieve targets

  • Assist the Branch Manager in coaching, mentoring, and managing team performance
