  • Setting clear goals and tracking individual and team performance
  • Actively involved in cold business development and new account acquisition
  • Managing the full sales cycle, from first contact through to close
  • Nurturing and developing existing accounts to drive repeat and long-term value
  • Supporting the team with deals, negotiations, and conversions
  • Developing and improving sales processes, scripts, and best practice
  • Working closely with senior leadership to align sales strategy with business goals
  • Providing regular performance updates and insight

Who you'll work with:

Based full time in the Belfast office, this role reports into the commercial leadership team and manages a team of Sales Executives. It also works closely with marketing, customer service, and operations to ensure sales activity supports the wider business.

What you'll have:
  • Proven experience leading or managing a sales team
  • Strong experience in new business development and full sales cycle management
  • A consistent track record of achieving and exceeding targets
  • Experience coaching, developing, and motivating people
  • Confident communication and leadership skills
  • A hands-on, results focused approach
  • Experience in travel, leisure, or membership-based sales would be beneficial, though not essential, as would experience in a fast growing or scaling business
What success looks like:
  • Consistent team and individual sales performance
  • Growth through new business and development of existing accounts
  • Strong revenue growth and healthy conversion rates
  • A well-managed and visible sales pipeline
  • A motivated and engaged sales team
What's you'll get:
  • £40,000 to £50,000 base salary, depending on experience
  • An impressive commission structure, after successful completion of probation
  • Company pension scheme
  • A key leadership role within a growing Belfast business
