Charles Hurst Belfast BYD is recruiting for a talented and motivational leader to join our successful team as a Sales Manager. Our Sales Managers are the real driving force behind our successful teams, continuously working to develop and coach our Sales Executives for them to achieve their targets.
We need someone who is commercially savvy and can inspire our team of Executives by leading by example, and by living and breathing the Charles Hurst values. We are looking for someone who has the right coaching and people skills and can contribute to our continued success. Do you have demonstrable experience in leading and inspiring a team to deliver on service expectations and sales objectives? Then we might have just the job for you!
Previous Motor Trade experience is essential and the right candidate will be able to demonstrate substantial product knowledge. You must be able to prove your established management and coaching style and explain how this would benefit our current Sales team. Youll be self-motivated, ambitious, and eager to learn.
It would be advantageous to have a solid comprehension of all financial aspects within a dealership environment, including monthly/yearly budgets. Experience with a computerised stock management system and knowledge of sales systems. Due to the nature of the role, you must have a full valid UK driving licence.
