What You’ll Do:
  • Drive Business Development: Identify and cultivate new sales opportunities within the construction and commercial sectors
  • Build Relationships: Establish strong connections with developers, architects, contractors, and key decision‑makers
  • Manage Sales Process: Qualify leads, prepare and present compelling proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals to meet company objectives
  • Stay Informed: Keep up-to‑date with solar PV technology, market trends, and financial incentives to provide the best solutions for our clients
  • Collaborate: Work closely with our project management, design, and operations teams to ensure seamless transitions from sale to installation
What We’re Looking For:
  • Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in construction or renewable energy
  • Knowledge of new housing builds and commercial projects is highly desirable
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Self‑motivated, target‑driven, and able to work independently
  • Ability to explain technical specifications clearly to non‑technical stakeholders
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
Desirable Attributes:
  • An existing network within the house building or commercial construction sectors
  • Awareness of renewable energy incentives, MCS standards, and planning permissions
  • Willingness to travel to client sites as needed
