About you: You're confident picking up the phone, you enjoy building conversations and you know how to turn those conversations into opportunities. You're credible from the first call, able to build trust quickly and good at keeping people engaged over time. You're not afraid of targets, but you know it's not just about the numbers, it's about creating relationships that last.

Print experience isn't essential. What matters most is your attitude, your communication skills and your ability to connect with people. If you've worked in telesales, business development or any kind of client-facing sales role before, you'll have a strong foundation for this role.

Your experience: You've got experience in telesales or sales and you know how to structure your approach. You can qualify leads properly, manage your own pipeline and keep your CRM notes sharp and up to date. You're motivated, consistent and happy working independently, but you also collaborate well and keep colleagues in the loop.

You'll stand out if you've worked in or around large format print, signage, exhibitions or creative industries in a trade environment. But the role is open to people with a strong sales background from other sectors too.

What you'll be doing

This is about building and nurturing relationships with printers, signage companies, exhibition and events specialists, set designers and creative agencies across the UK. You'll be making proactive calls, booking meetings, introducing services and opening the door for the wider sales team.

The role can lean more towards telesales or standard sales depending on your strengths. The important thing is that you're consistent, credible and know how to keep conversations moving in the right direction.
