Qualifications

Must Have’s
  • Experience working within a targeted sales environment or hungry for sales!
  • Excellent communication skills with a customer first approach
  • Comfortable working in a telephony-based environment
  • 5 GCSEs A*-C including Maths and English

  • A Levels or equivalent qualifications
  • Cert CII or desire to work towards it would be fab!
  • Experience working within an outbound calling role
  • Knowledge or experience within commercial insurance would be hugely beneficial!
  • Strong influencing and negotiation skills
What will you be doing?
  • Converting warm inbound leads into new business
  • Building and nurturing relationships with insurers, introducers, and colleagues across divisions
  • Hitting and exceeding individual and team KPIs for income, conversion and lead generation
  • Understanding client challenges and delivering effective, tailored solutions
  • Making sound technical decisions that benefit the client and business
  • Following up on outstanding documents and orders
