Sales and Events Office Manager

Location: Milton Keynes
Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week (Monday to Friday)
Salary: £33,000 - £37,000 per annum (depending on experience)

About the Role

We are seeking an organised and proactive Sales and Events Office Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our sales and events office in Milton Keynes. This is a key role supporting sales activity, coordinating events, and ensuring smooth administrative and operational processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Managing the sales and events office, including workflows and administration
  • Supporting the sales team with proposals, contracts, and client communication
  • Coordinating events from enquiry through to delivery
  • Maintaining accurate records, schedules, and databases
  • Liaising with clients, suppliers, and internal teams
  • Monitoring budgets, invoices, and reporting where required
About You:
  • Previous experience in sales administration, events coordination, or office management
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
  • Confident communicator with strong customer service skills
  • Able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
