Sales Enablement Administrator – UK and Gateway

Location: London
Contract Type: Permanent, Salaried

We are recruiting for a Sales Enablement Administrator to join our AWESOME Indirect Sales Team!

As a Sales Enablement Administrator, you will play a key supporting role within the UK and Gateway Sales function, ensuring smooth and efficient operations across the team. You will provide day‑to‑day administrative and operational support to the Head of New Business Development and the wider sales team, coordinating preparation work, follow‑up tasks, documentation, and processes that enable selling activity. Managing routine communication flows and ensuring timely distribution of information and collateral will be central to your role.

You will also be responsible for maintaining and updating CRM records, leads, and pipeline information accurately. Working closely with CRM specialists, you will uphold data integrity and deliver high‑quality reporting to support sales insights and forecasting. Compiling and preparing sales data, dashboards, and reports will form part of your responsibilities.

In addition, you will handle trade sales customer enquiries, providing timely follow‑up and supporting ongoing sales activity. This includes distributing sales and marketing collateral to partners and internal teams. You will liaise with attraction teams to coordinate site visits and familiarisation trips, as well as assist in organising trade sales events, exhibitions, and industry activities.

Finally, you will prepare materials, presentations, and resources for meetings and partner interactions, while providing general administrative support to ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations across the sales team.

Qualifications & Experience
  • Experience in a sales support, administrative, or coordination role, ideally within commercial, tourism, hospitality, or customer‑facing environments.
  • Strong experience working with CRM systems and maintaining accurate data.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritise workload, and support a busy sales team.
  • Comfortable handling customer or partner enquiries with professionalism and clarity.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience assisting with event coordination and logistics is beneficial.
  • Ability to interpret basic sales information for reporting purposes.
  • A proactive mindset and willingness to learn sales processes and systems.
  • Prior experience in attractions, tourism, leisure, or travel trade is advantageous but not essential.
