A leading independent receivables finance business seeks a high-performing Sales Manager to lead a sales team in the South-East of England. The ideal candidate will have a background in invoice finance sales and a proven ability to motivate a team to achieve business goals. Competitive salary plus car and bonus offered.
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a high performing sales professional to join a successful independent receivables finance business in a leadership position.
Based in the South-East of England, you will assume responsibility for the day to day management, motivation and performance of a small existing sales team. In addition, you will be tasked with building and developing the team and increasing the company’s regional offering throughout the country.
The successful candidate will also be able to display a successful track record of selling within the invoice finance space as well as the ability to promote the organisation’s brand and offering throughout the wider business community.
This role would be ideal for either an established sales manager or a senior business developer looking to transition into a senior management position. You must be able to display a work ethic that is second to none and have the ability to inspire those around you to maximise performance in line with the company’s growth projections and commercial vision.
The successful candidate will be rewarded with an excellent basic salary based on experience plus car + bonus + package.
