Key Responsibilities:

• Generate new Asset Based Lending business through referrals, advising, and selling Commercial Finance products to prospects, aiming for long-term profitability and high client satisfaction.
• Focus on sustainable growth by balancing risk and reward, aligning with Return on Equity targets and growth strategies.
• Maintain relationships with various stakeholders within the organization.
• Serve as a strong first line of defence.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum of 4 years' experience in a commercial finance environment.
• Extensive knowledge of the commercial finance/ABL market, products, activities, and underwriting requirements.
• Strong network and business generation ability.
• High understanding of country and regulatory ethics and rules.
• Knowledge of compliance topics and processes.
• Proven track record of delivering sustainable financial performance.
