Relevant Experience
The incumbent should have 1012+ years of experience in IT services sales in the European market, with at least 5+ years selling AI, ML, and data-led solutions. Exposure to the EMEA region is highly desirable, with a proven track record of closing large, complex AI transformation deals.
The candidate must demonstrate consultative and value-based selling experience across the AI portfolio.
Strong experience in new logo acquisition, strategic account growth, and multi-year AI programs is essential.
Role Description
- Own and achieve regional revenue, bookings, margin, and growth targets for AI services.
- Drive end-to-end sales cycles for GenAI, Predictive Analytics, and Intelligent Automation deals.
- Define and execute GTM strategies for AI-led offerings.
- Build and manage a qualified pipeline of AI transformation opportunities, ensuring accurate forecasting.
- Position AI ROI, business outcomes, and value realization to senior and C-level stakeholders.
- Win new strategic accounts and expand footprint within existing enterprise customers.
- Collaborate with AI solution architects, data scientists, and delivery teams to shape winning proposals.
- Align customer AI maturity with solution roadmaps and delivery feasibility.
- Maintain opportunity, account, and pipeline data in CRM systems.
- Build a partner-led sales motion with hyperscalers, AI platforms, and ISVs.
- Represent the company at AI, logistics, and supply chain industry events and forums.
Desired Skills & Competencies
- Must be UK-based and willing to operate across Europe/EMEA.
- Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus.
- Strong understanding of AI services, data platforms, and cloud ecosystems.
- Proven enterprise sales hunter with success selling AI-led transformation programs.
- Deep experience in solution selling rather than product selling.
- Demonstrated success in selling:
- Generative AI and LLM-based enterprise solutions
- Predictive and prescriptive analytics
- Intelligent Automation (RPA + AI)
- Data Engineering, MLOps, and AI platforms
- Ability to articulate AI ethics, governance, security, and compliance considerations.
- Experience selling Managed AI Services and AI-as-a-Service models.
- Ability to influence and engage C-suite, CIO, CDO, CTO, and COOs.
- Strong objection-handling, negotiation, and large-deal closure skills.
- Experience working with global delivery and offshoring models.
- Highly proactive, consultative, and outcome-driven sales leader.
Academic Qualification
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred).
- MBA or certifications in AI, Data Science, Cloud, or Digital Transformation will be an added advantage.
