There is clear career progression and growth opportunities. As an SDR, you can advance through levels—from Junior SDR to Confirmed SDR, and then to Senior SDR—all within about a year. With each progression, you gain more responsibility, increase your influence, and have a direct impact on your bonus structure. After reaching Senior SDR, there are opportunities to grow into roles like Junior AE or Team Leader SDR.

What will be your impact:

  • Prospect accounts and identify potential new revenue segments for your region by researching and analyzing market opportunities.
  • Conduct targeted email outreach to engage prospects and spark interest in bsport’s solutions.
  • Cold call potential clients to introduce bsport and qualify leads based on their needs.
  • Use LinkedIn and Instagram to connect with key decision-makers, starting conversations and driving interest.
  • Leverage video and other media outreach methods to personalize communication and increase engagement with prospects.

You would be great fit if you have:

  • A degree (Bachelor’s or higher).
  • Have at least 1 year of experience in sales, customer service, or similar client-facing roles, ideally in a high-growth or startup environment.
  • Speaking English natively
  • Enjoy taking initiative and achieving results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Thrive on challenges and are eager to develop your skills in a dynamic market.
  • Can work independently while contributing to a strong team spirit and collaboration.
  • Are organised, precise, and demonstrate excellent communication skills in both written and verbal forms.
  • Have a creative mindset: you share ideas, suggest solutions, and are not afraid to innovate.
  • Comfortable with digital tools and sales software (CRM, LinkedIn, Email platforms, etc.).
  • Able to multitask and prioritize effectively, managing a high volume of outreach without compromising quality.
