Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct outbound prospecting via email, LinkedIn, and cold calls to generate qualified leads within the legal and compliance sectors.
  • Research and identify target accounts (law firms, legal departments, compliance divisions).
  • Qualify leads through discovery calls and assess fit for the company’s LegalTech solutions.
  • Book demos and meetings for Account Executives to close new business.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing to refine outreach strategies and messaging.
  • Track and manage all activities in the company’s CRM (HubSpot/Salesforce).
  • Stay up to date with legal industry trends, regulatory updates, and competitive landscape.
  • 1–2 years of experience as an SDR, BDR, or Outbound Sales Representative (LegalTech or SaaS experience required).
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding lead generation and meeting-booking targets.
  • Strong understanding of the legal industry — familiarity with law firm operations or legal software is a must.
  • Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • Proficiency with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) and outreach automation platforms.
  • Self-motivated, persistent, and able to thrive in a fast-paced remote environment.
