You will be a Sales Development Representative (SDR) within the Demand Generation team – the engine room of the pipeline. Your job is to take engaged prospects from marketing campaigns and turn them into qualified sales opportunities. You will bridge marketing and sales, developing promising leads into sales-ready conversations to hand over.
This is a high-energy, metrics-driven role. You’ll work with enterprise employers (500+ employees) across target sectors, using a mix of email, LinkedIn, and phone outreach to build relationships, understand their needs, and book meaningful meetings. You’ll represent the company professionally on Teams, speak confidently to senior stakeholders, and engage consistently at every interaction.
The role sits at a critical point in the sales pipeline. You’ll be accountable for qualifying leads, moving them through stages, and contributing to the revenue your team generates. Your success translates to earnings – this role has real financial upside.
