Job Description:

Location: Paris or London (Primary)

Accountabilities:
  • Achieve daily contact goals and monthly Qualified Sales Opportunities and meeting goals.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal end clients - field sales representatives.
  • Deliver key promotional messages to a sophisticated target audience primarily through telephone contact and emails.
  • Manage large pipelines of prospective leads and report on pipeline progress during review meetings with management.
  • Maintain accurate records of all KPI activity in CRM system (Salesforce) and report KPI information, sales leads, and customer profiles accurately and promptly.
  • Work closely with Marketing, Sales, and Product Development to better understand target markets’ needs, as well as key competitor strengths and weaknesses.
  • Develop a high level of market, industry, and role knowledge to facilitate peer-to-peer conversations and understanding of customer needs.
  • Build rapport and relationships with internal and external customers through prompt, courteous, efficient, and professional service.
