Senior Consultant | Partnering with high growth, VC & PE backed scale-ups

Backed by one of Australia’s top VC funds, this business has become the market leader in their home region, digitising a part of construction that’s long been stuck in spreadsheets, Word docs and email chains. Think procurement, subcontractor onboarding, and contract execution—all managed in one slick platform.

They’re now replicating that traction in the UK and need a hungry, high-potential SDR to help them dominate the market.

What you’ll be doing

  • Booking meetings with senior decision-makers at enterprise construction firms
  • Prospecting across LinkedIn, email and phone
  • Using tools like Hubspot, Sales Nav, Lusha, Gong and Zoom daily
  • Collaborating closely with the founders and senior sales team
  • Working towards promotion into an AE role within 12 months

What they’re looking for

  • Someone who’s hungry, relentless, and not afraid to pick up the phone
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication
  • Comfortable speaking to senior stakeholders
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and driven by results
  • Previous B2B sales experience is a bonus but not essential
  • Construction knowledge is also a bonus
  • Fully remote – work from anywhere in the UK

Compensation

  • £25k–40k base (depending on experience)
  • Uncapped commission (OTE up to £50k - £60k+)
