A fast-growing technology firm in Greater London seeks a Sales Development Representative (SDR). The role involves generating outbound leads, managing outreach campaigns, and qualifying opportunities for the Business Development team. Candidates should have 1–3 years in sales or lead generation, excellent communication skills, and be organised and motivated. YASO is the operating system for global brands in China, built by a team of China experts, technologists, and startup operators. We are building a plug-and-play solution that manages the full ecommerce and social commerce stack - from store operations and pricing to influencer partnerships and logistics - all powered by our proprietary technology.
We give brands full visibility across every performance layer, including traffic, conversion, revenue, influencer ROI, content, and stock. For the first time, brands can monitor and manage their China business in real time, with data that is transparent, measurable, and actionable.

We are looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join YASO’s growing Business Development team. You will be responsible for generating outbound leads, managing cold outreach campaigns, and qualifying new opportunities to feed into our pipeline. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is motivated, organised, and eager to grow into Business Development or Account Management.
Reporting to the Business Development Lead, you will work closely with senior team members to execute structured outreach programmes, refine our ideal customer profiles, and help build YASO’s partner network worldwide.
