About the Role:

As an SDR at LRN, you’ll play a vital role in driving new business opportunities. You’ll be the first point of contact for prospective clients, identifying and qualifying potential leads, and setting meetings for the sales team. You’ll leverage marketing leads and your own curiosity to engage decision-makers and articulate the value of LRN’s solutions.

What you’ll do:
  • Pipeline Generation: Respond to new leads quickly and efficiently through calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach.
  • Lead Qualification: Manage inbound leads, qualifying prospects based on defined criteria.
  • Collaboration: Partner closely with Account Executives to identify top target lists and schedule qualified meetings and hand off opportunities.
  • CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in Salesforce (or equivalent CRM).
  • Campaign Execution: Work with Marketing to execute campaigns and follow up on marketing-qualified leads (MQLs).
  • Performance Tracking: Meet and exceed weekly and monthly metrics around calls, emails, meetings, and opportunities created.
What we’re looking for:
  • 1+ year of experience in a Sales Development, Business Development, or Lead Generation role (B2B SaaS experience preferred).
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed activity and pipeline goals.
  • Strong communication and writing skills, with a professional, confident phone presence.
  • Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred), and sales engagement tools (e.g., Outreach, Salesloft, or HubSpot).
  • Curiosity, persistence, and a growth mindset — you thrive on learning and continuous improvement.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Exposure to selling compliance, learning, or HR technology solutions.
  • Understanding of enterprise sales cycles and prospecting into all organizations.
  • Experience collaborating with Marketing and Account Executives in a team-selling environment.
